Consultation Fee: Doctor's Consultation Fee above Rs.500. If fees above Rs.500 then fees paid by HS Foundation. Patient can claim back consultatuion fees by propviding cetain documents and file.

Food to Patents: In certain hostpital in Bharuch-Ankleshwar region, We are providing food to patent and 1 relative (General Ward Only) as per doctors suggestion.

Medicine Bill Help: HA Foundation helps patients in Medicine Bill and provide 5% financial help on total Medicine Bill.
4.
Ambulance Help: HA Foundation gives half of total ambulance bill (under 40km) to poor and needy patients.
